  • Sugar Cookie Question

    Hi All,
    This is not actually a recipe request but an opinion request. I usually make sugar cookie dough from scratch to make cutouts but have no time today and have to make cookies tonight. My question is this: Which do you think is better to make cutouts with, the refrigerated cookie dough or the mix in the bag? I know the refrigerated would be easier but I am willing to throw together the mix if it is better.

    I've only used the mix in the bag, so can't compare, but don't see any reason why the refrigerated dough wouldn't work the same.

      I haven't used either so can't really say. But if you have time to mix together the box, my thoughts are that it wouldn't take much longer to make them from scratch. You still have to mix it, roll it, cut it. Just a thought.

        I am guessing the dough already made would be your best bet...
        Have you made time to listen to the birds today........
