    does anyone happen to know any of the pizza hut pasta reicpes? they look so good on tv.

    Pizza Hut Supreme Chicken Alfredo Supreme Bake

    Took me a couple of tries to come up with this mock version of their baked dish.

    Spray 9 x 13 baking dish, set oven to 350 degrees F.
    16 oz cooked Penne Pasta (slightly undercooked, it will finish cooking in the oven)
    1 yellow squash cubed
    1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    1/4 cup chopped green peppers
    1 1/2 cup frozen broccoli

    Take all vegetables and throw into pan with the pasta while cooking during last 5 minutes, Drain; put back in pan to mix with following sauce. Pour into baking dish and top with Parmesan Cheese and Bake till bubbly and golden brown, about 30 to 40 minutes.

    Sauce:
    2 jars Ragu Garlic Parmesan white sauce
    16 oz Mozzarella Cheese

    Topping :
    1/2 cup of Parmesan, sprinkled on top of casserole before baking

    Marcus's Mac and Cheese (Sort of like Pizza Hut's Premium Bacon Mac ‘N Cheese)

    salt
    1 pound uncooked macaroni
    6 slices bacon, chopped
    3 garlic cloves
    1 red onion, chopped
    1 1/2 cups cream
    3 cups water
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    2 egg yolks
    butter for greasing the pan
    breadcrumbs
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

    2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    3. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until really crispy, about 15 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and set to the side on paper towels to drain. Reserve the fat in the pan.

    4. Return the pan to medium heat and add the garlic and onions. Cook until the garlic is golden and the onions are translucent. Remove the garlic and onions with a slotted spoon and set in a bowl to the side.

    5. Combine the cream and water in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese. Stir until melted. Beat in the egg yolks.

    6. Butter an 8x8 baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Stir the cheese sauce into the cooked macaroni and combine well. Mix in the bacon, garlic, and onions. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 15 minutes.

    PIZZA HUT CAVATINI

    1 large green bell pepper, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    2 ounces (1/2 stick) margarine
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 pound assorted pasta (wheels, shells, spirals, ziti)
    1/2 pound pepperoni. sliced thin then cut in half
    8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 pound hamburger, browned
    1/2 pound Italian sausage, browned
    1 (16 ounce) jar meat flavored Prego sauce

    Melt margarine over medium high heat in a skillet. Add onions, peppers, and garlic powder. Saute for about 4 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cook pasta according to box directions.

    Heat sauce and combine with cooked hamburger and cooked sausage.

    Use cooking spray to lightly grease a 13 x 11-inch casserole dish. Place 1/2 of the cooked pasta in the dish, followed by 1/2 the vegetables, 1/2 of the pepperoni and 1/2 sauce. Repeat another layer. Spread mozzarella cheese over top.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes or until cheese is melted.
