Orange Dreamsicle Cake

A few years ago, some one posted a recipe for Orange Dreamsicle Cake. I remember it used a box mix and had mandarin oranges on the top of the icing. I think the icing was made in part out of cool whip topping.

Does anyone have this recipe?

It doesn't have mandarin oranges, but you can always add them.


CREAMY ORANGE CAKE

1 PKG ORANGE CAKE MIX
1 (3OZ) PKG ORANGE JELLO
1 CUP BOILING WATER
1 (3.4OZ) PKG INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING MIX
1 CUP MILK
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
1 TEASPOON ORANGE EXTRACT
1 (8OZ) COOL WHIP

PREPARE AND BAKE CAKE MIX ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS FOR 13X9X2 INCH PAN. POKE HOLES IN CAKE WHILE STILL HOT WITH END OF WOODEN SPOON. MAKE JELLO WITH ONLY 1 CUP OF BOILING WATER. POUR LIQUID GELATIN OVER CAKE WHILE HOT. COOL CAKE COMPLETELY. MAKE VANILLA INSTANT PUDDING WITH ONLY 1 CUP MILK. STIR IN VANILLA AND ORANGE EXTRACT. FOLD IN WHIPPED TOPPING. SPREAD OVENLY OVER CAKE. REFRIGERATE CAKE FOR 1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING.

I'll let you guys know how it turns out. I'm going to make it tomorrow evening for our office Christmas party on Tuesday. I've made it once before but it has been a few years ago.
