Looking for a recipe that uses packaged broccoli slaw, rice wine vinegar, peanut butter, ginger, soy sauce and some other ingredients. Saw it somewhere online a few weeks ago and forgot to copy it. I think it had uncooked ramen noodles in it, too. Thanks, CKers!

Until someone posts a tried and true recipe, I'll post this recipe I found on the Internet.You could add ramen noodles to it.
Asian Slaw
Source: SAGRA Cooking
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 bag broccoli or coleslaw, mix
1 red bell pepper, julienne fine
bean sprouts
1 large carrot, grated fine with a peeler
3 green onions, cut on the bias, all of white part and half of the green
2 tablespoons chiffonade cilantro
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a small bowl, or food processor combine ginger, vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, oil, and peanut butter. In a large bowl, combine all other ingredients and then toss with dressing.

Asian Coleslaw (by Doreen Bunch)
1 lg bag cole slaw or broccoli slaw
1 sm bag red cabbage
6-8 chopped scallions, green part too
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
1 pkg. chickren ramen, borken into peices (save season packet for dressing)
Mix together and refrigerate.
Dressing:
1/2 c canola oil
1/2 c. sugar (or splenda - use a little less)
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
Flavor pkt from ramen noodles
Mix well and refrigerate.
Shake dressing well and mix in just before serving.Tessa

Asian Slaw
12 cups packaged coleslaw blend (about 2 large 16-oz. pkg.)
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
1/2 cup KRAFT CATALINA Dressing
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 cup PLANTERS Honey Roasted Peanuts
TOSS coleslaw blend and oranges in large bowl.
MIX dressings and soy sauce in small bowl. Pour dressing mixture over coleslaw mixture; toss gently until well coated.
COVER and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with peanuts just before serving.
