ISO Balsamic/Passion Fruite Salad Dressing Recipe

I had a wonderful salad dressing ove the Memorial Day holiday in Ventura, CA.
The waitress said it had Balsamic vinegar, onions, garlic and passion fruit in the recipe. Does anyone have a similar recipe like this?
Or any great salad dressing recipe would be great too! Any sweet & sour
