Somewhere on the old site I saw a recipe for an angelfood cake mix and a can of lemon pie filling. Now I can't find the recipe again.
Could someone help me out. Thanks
1 store bought angel food cake
1 can lemon pie filling
1 carton lemon flavored yogurt
6 oz. Cool Whip
Mix lemon pie filling and lemon yogurt together.
Cut angel food cake into three (3) layers.
Spread mixture on top of each layer, except for the top.(You could if you want to)
Spread regular Cool Whip around sides (in and out) and on top.Place in refrigerator -keep cool.
If using Lite Cool Whip, do not put on until last minute as it has a tendency to break down and run.Doesn't look pretty.
Spicy food speeds up your metabolism. Put salsa on your cupcakes.
I'll bet Glory is looking for the weight watcher recipe where you mix the ingredients together .... don't have that one, but just wait for fatkat and apanda .... they are moving all our "old" recipes over to this new site. If I am remembering correctly, this recipe was in the "diet" section. Now for SuzieQ's recipe, I'm printing that one out. Have 2 cans of lemon pie filling in my pantry that have been looking for a recipe like this! Sounds like a nice refreshing summer recipe. Thanks for sharing it.

Hi Engel - Try the one with a can of crushed pineapple and angel food cake mix. I took it to a party and everyone loved it. Just top with ff coolwhip on each serving piece.
