Panchos Cheese Dip
1 Can Ro-tel
1 can water
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 medium size box Velveeta
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cheese has melted.
I use about 1/4 to 1/2 can of water rather than the whole can. Also it's better the second day, so make it and refrigerate for a day.
