2 chocolate cookie pie shell
1 14/15oz bag coconut flaked
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
1 12 oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips.
1/2 cup whole almonds.
In a large bowl, mix the coconut, and 1 can sweetened condensed milk until it is combined. (you might want to use your hands) Pat the coconut mixture in the bottom of the pie shells evenly. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate about 1 min, 30 seconds until it is melted. (you might have to add a few seconds) Stir until all is melted, and there are no more chip lumps. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk, and almonds, stir until it starts to set up. Pour and spread over coconut mixture. Let cool, and set up completely. If you put this in the fridge, you might want to take it out about an hour before serving it.
If you do not like almonds, you can omit them.
