Made with biscuits!
Savory Bundt Bread
1 cup onion & bell pepper, chopped & mixed
1 cup butter
2 oz. jar of pimentos, chopped
2 cans refrigerated buscuits (good ones)
5 slices crisp, fried bacon, crumbled
1 T. parmesan cheese
Dash cayenne
1/2 t. garlic powder
Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the onion/bell pepper. Saute until wilted, then stir in the pimentos.
Cut the biscuits into quarters, and place in a bundt pan. Pour melted butter mixture over biscuits. Stir well to coat, then season with garlic powder and cayenne pepper to taste. Sprinkle crumbled bacon bits and parmesan cheese over biscuits and bake at temperature on the biscuit can until golden brown.
Sounds like it could be good for a party or BBQ gathering.
Anyone try it, please let me know how it came out. Thanks!
