CUCUMBER CREAM CHEESE DIP
2 8oz Cream Cheese
2 t. Lemon Juice
1/4 t horseradish
1/4 t Salt
1/8 T Hot sauce
2 t minced onion
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled & finely chopped
Beat CC until smooth. Add next four ingredients and mix well. Stir in onion & cucumber.
Place in covered container and chill well before serving. Serve with crackers or bagel chips
