Pumpkin Custard
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
2/3 cup brown sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups scalded milk
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon each, cloves and nutmeg
Combine all ingredients. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350. Serves 4 to 6.
