Low Carb Chili Cheese Dog Rollups
1 (15 oz.) can prepared chili con carne (no beans)
1 (16 oz.) package shredded mexican cheese blend
1 package all beef hot dogs (8 dogs)
1 package medium low carb white flour tortillas
Warm 8 tortillas in microwave at 15 seconds and place on counter.
Heat chili per directions on can and spread 2 1/2 tablespoons on warm tortilla sprinkle shredded cheese to cover.
Heat hot dogs in microwave per directions on package and place onto 1 end of the tortilla rolling over once to cover hot dog then tuck in shorter ends (like a burrito fold) and roll up. Serve!
