I found this while browsing another site ( I believe it was submitted by Paulette)
Strawberry Cream Pie
1 pint Strawberries (preferably fresh)
1 cup Sugar
2 Egg Whites
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/8 tsp Salt
½ pint Heavy Cream, whipped
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Crusts
Directions:
In a blender mix the first 5 ingredients for 15, yes 15 minutes. I used the frappe setting.
In another bowl, whip the Heavy Cream with the Vanilla.
Combine both batches using a whisk and pour into 2 baked crusts. (I actually made one regular pie size and 6 of the mini pies).
Freeze. Remove and thaw slightly before serving. Top with whipping cream and a strawberry
