Nawlins Mini Meatless Muffalettas
1 cup pimento-stuffed olives, drained
1 cup pitted black olives, drained
1 cup roasted red peppers, drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic
Carr'sŪ Table WaterŪ Roasted Garlic & Herbs crackers
Prep Time: 10 minutes
1. In food processor bowl combne pimento-stuffed olives, black olives, red peppers, olive oil and garlic. Process until chopped.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
3. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours before serving. Serve with crackers.
