Valentino's Pizza Crust Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup hot water
1 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast (2-1/4 tsp.)
3 T. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2-1/2 cups flour
Pizza Sauce
Pizza Toppings
Stir hot water, sugar & dry yeast until blended.
Add oil, salt & flour.
Stir until mixture forms a soft ball.
Let rest 5 minutes.
Roll out on a pizza stone.
Top with your favorite pizza sauce & toppings.
Bake at 400* for 15 minutes or until golden brown
