  • Lemon Grilled Salmon

    Lemon Grilled Salmon:

    2 tsp.s snipped fresh dill or 3/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt, optional
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 salmon fillet (1-1/2 lbs.)
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    3 T. chicken broth
    3 T. vegetable oil
    3 T. soy sauce
    3 T. finely chopped green onions
    1 small lemon, thinly sliced
    2 onion slices, separated into rings

    Sprinkle dill, lemon pepper, salt if desired & garlic powder over salmon. Place in a large resealable plastic bag. Add the brown sugar, broth, oil, soy sauce & green onions.

    Cover & refrigerate for 1 hour, turning once. Drain & discard marinade. Place salmon skin side down on grill over medium heat; arrange the lemon & onion slices over the top. Cover & cook for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
