    Marinated Chicken

    1/2-cup fresh orange juice
    2-tbsps fresh lime juice
    2-tbsps soy sauce
    2-tbsps extra virgin olive oil
    1-tbsp minced garlic
    1/2-tsp Tabasco sauce
    1/2-tsp ground cumin
    1/4-tsp kosher salt
    1/4-tsp freshly ground black pepper

    4-chicken breast halves (with bone and skin) 10-12oz each

    In a medium bowl, whisk the marinade ingredients
    Place the chicken in a large, plastic resealable bag and pour in the marinade
    Press the air out of the bag and seal tightly
    Turn the bag to distribute the marinade, place in a bowl, and refrigerate for 6-8 hours, turning occasionally
    Remove the chicken from the bag and reserve that marinade
    Pour the marinade into a small saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat, and boil for 1 minute
    Grill bone side down over indirect medium heat until the juices run clear and the meat is no longer pink at the bone, 30-40 minutes
    Based once or twice with the boiled marinade
