    And would you make this?

    Cake Mix Cookies

1 box Pecan Cake Mix (Betty Crocker)
    1 cup Bisquick
2 sm boxes Instant vanilla pudding (dry)
    2 cups mayonnaise
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 bag chocolate chips

Mix cake mix, Bisquick and dry pudding together.
Add the 2 cups mayonnaise. It's easier to mix
this with clean hands. Then add the nuts and chips.
Grease cookie sheets. 350 oven for 11-12 min.
Leave set on cookie sheets 1-2 min.

Do you just spread the dough on the cookie sheets? I'm confused but it sounds good.

I dunno... I can't get past the mayo, even tho I love the stuff.. I'd probably just drop by teaspoon on the sheet.

Sounds interesting to me. I'm going to try it sometime. Too hot to use the oven much right now.

I dont think I would chance making this recipe, and I love pecans just seems like it would be falling apart kinda moist? if anyone tries it I hope you post a review ....I found this recipe at cooks.com it would be one I would most likely try!

          BUTTER PECAN CAKE MIX COOKIES

1 box Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix
          1 pkg. 9-12oz. pecan pieces
          2 eggs
          1 stick butter

Soften or melt butter (not hot). Add eggs and beat slightly.
Add cake mix and nuts mix well (batter will be stiff).

Drop spoonfuls and press on cookie sheet.

Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 10-12 minutes.

          Yield 3 to 4 dozen.

I made a chocolate mayo cake (posted here) and it was awesome didnt last long ....you cannot taste mayo and it is delish very moist thats why I wonder how these cookies would turn out since the cake only used like 1 cup of mayo and no pudding!

I read somewhere that you could replace one of the eggs in a box cake mix with 1 TBS of mayo if you are short, but not all 3. Mayo is egg, oil s&p. But 2 cups does not sound right must be a typo...has anyone trued this yet ?
