I don't buy premade mac and cheese, but this would be a good idea for leftovers!
Macaroni and Cheese Breakfast Pie

Yield: 1 serving
1 pkg STOUFFER'S® frozen Macaroni and Cheese
1 pkg frozen broccoli florets
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 red bell pepper
4 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp oregano (optional)
Procedures
1 PREHEAT oven to 325 deg;F. Lightly grease 2-quart baking dish.
2 MELT butter in medium skillet; cook onion and bell pepper until tender. Chop broccoli into small pieces.
3 COMBINE macaroni and cheese, broccoli, eggs, onions and pepper mixture, oregano and milk in medium bowl. Pour into prepared baking dish.
4 BAKE for 30 to 35 minutes or until firm and top is golden brown.
