  • Lemon Gelatin Salad

    1 6-oz. package dry lemon gelatin
    2 cups boiling water
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    1 6-oz. container whipped topping

    Dissolve gelatin in water. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth. Add gelatin mixture and continue beating until creamy. Stir in milk and whipped topping and mix well. Pour into a large bowl and refrigerate for several hours before serving. Garnish with fresh lemon slices or other fresh fruit. You may also substitute other flavors of gelatin for the lemon.

      Welcome Star... Anything with sweetened condensed milk in it has to be good ! I can eat the whole can in one sitting.. Never did, but could !
