Saw this in a newsletter this morning.
CRANBERRY COOKIES
1 French Vanilla cake mix
1/2 cup canned cranberries
3 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped dried cranberries
Mix the eggs and the canned cranberries in a bowl . Mix in the cake mix
and the remaining ingredients. Spoon the dough onto some parchment paper
and place on a inverted Dutch oven lid or cookie sheet. Space your
cookies about 2" apart.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until bottoms start to brown a little.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack
