I just returned from a Bed & Breakfast trip in Kentucky & discovered grits the way I like 'em! Prepare grits according to package directions, but add Jalepeno Jack cheese, a little cayenne pepper & garlic cloves to your liking!
I never cared for grits with salt & pepper or a little gravy, but the "attitude" gives 'em the right touch!!!
