FRIED DILL PICKLES
• 1 egg beaten
• 1 cup milk
• 3 and 1/2 cups flour
• 1 qt. sliced dill pickles
• vegetable oil
• salt and pepper to taste
Combine milk and egg in a bowl. Put the flour in a freezer bag and add salt and pepper. Dip drained pickles in egg mixture and then shake in flour. When pickles are coated well, deep fry in oil until they turn golden brown and float.
