  • Soft Serve Chocolate Ice Cream

    1/2 gal. chocolate milk
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 lg. carton Cool Whip

    Mix Eagle Brand milk and Cool Whip, stirring gently. Slowly stir in chocolate milk. Pour in gallon freezer and freeze in normal way. Makes 1 gallon.

    Is the extra sugar/eagle brand really needed? I am diabetic and they both seem to be extra sweet even thought the one has sugar substitute. And they both do sound really delicious.
