    Mini Ham & Swiss Cups

    2-1/2 oz. pkg. deli ham, finely chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 t. Dijon mustard
    1/8 t. pepper
    8-oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls

    Combine ham and onion; add cheese, egg, mustard and pepper. Mix well and set aside. Unroll crescent rolls; press dough into a single large rectangle. Cut rectangle into 24 squares. Press dough into 24 lightly greased mini muffin cups. Fill muffin cups with ham mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes, or until golden. Makes 2 dozen.
