Linguine W/Walnuts
Serves 4

14 oz.linguine or spaghetti
2-3 cloves garlic,crushed
1/2 lb.walnuts,finely chopped
1/2 c.finely chopped parsley
a pinch of hot red pepper,opt.
3/4 c.olive oil
Parmesan cheese,opt.

Boil linguine or spaghetti in salted water until al dente.Mix the rest of the ingredients into the olive oil,then mix well with the drained pasta,sprinkle over the cheese & serve.
