Oops mini Cakes
ingredients
1 box of cake mix and it looks like she used yellow
1 big can of pineapple rings or crushed pineapple ( juice reserved)
12 cherries
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Make the cake according to the package directions and use the reserved juice from the pineapple and complete the rest using water.
Heat the butter and sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan, heat until it is soft and carmel look alike.
Place some cooking spray on the bottom of each muffin tin. Place a Tablespoonful of the mixture in each cup. Add the pineapple, then a cherry. Fill all cups in this mannor. Add the batter on top and bake according to the package directions for cupcakes.
When done let rest for 5 minutes, then invert over a baking rack to cool completely,
