    Gingersnap Granola

    1/4 c. oil
    2 T. butter
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. maple syrup
    3 T. molasses
    6 c. oats
    1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 T. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon or vanilla extract

    Heat the butter, oil, honey, molasses and maple syrup in a saucepan. Heat until smooth and well combined. Mix in extract and the remaining ingredients till well combined. Spread onto a cookie sheet(s) and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until browned. Cool completely on cookie sheet(s). Breakup large chunks and store in a cool dry place.
