    English Toffee Cappuccino Squares

    1 18 1/4 ounce box yellow cake mix
    1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
    2 1/2 tablespoons English Toffee flavored cappuccino drink mix divided
    1 large egg
    1 14 ounce can condensed milk
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup toffee bits

    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 13x9-inch baking pan with vegetable spray. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl cut butter into cake mix until dough resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in 1 tablespoon of coffee mix into crumbs. Remove 1 cup crumbs for topping. Add 1 egg to remaining crumbs. Stir until combined. Press mixture into prepared pan with floured hands. Bake 12 minutes. Remove from oven; set aside. In a smaller bowl combine condensed milk, 1 1/2 tablespoons coffee mix & the remaining egg. Whisk until smooth. Gently pour over crust. Sprinkle with bittersweet chips, macadamia nuts, walnuts & toffee bits. Top with remaining cake crumbs. Return to oven; bake an additional 25-30 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Place on wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares. Makes 24 squares
