    1 whole chicken, or chicken parts
    1 cup white wine or sherry or combo
    1 can coconut milk, mush up crusty top
    1/4 cup soy sauce, or so
    2 Tbl honey
    1/2 bottle Italian dressing-I use Best Foods
    1 onion, cut into chunks
    2 cups frozen or fresh chopped brocolli
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 box sliced mushrooms
    3 cloves minced garlic
    2 Tsp Italian seasoning
    1/4 cup cilantro leaves
    1 inch, or so, grated fresh ginger
    Lawreys salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste

    Dump all together in a Reynolds plastic roasting bag and tie off. I don't poke holes.
    Place in a large roasting pan, or I use a large stainless steel mixing bowl. Bake at 325-350 for 1 1/2 hours. DON'T OPEN OVEN. The bag gets all confused, puffs up and down and may break easier. You can use 2 Tbls of Dijon mustard instead of the soy sauce for more of a mustard taste. Also, use any variety of vegetables. I prefer the ones above, but I also use green onions and enoki mushrooms. Serve in soup bowls as the broth/sauce is very nummy. Enjoy!
