    Twinkie Toffee Treat
    --posted with picture at http://www.hostesscakes.com/recipe_view38.htm

    1 box Hostess Twinkies
2 prepared packages of pudding (vanilla or chocolate are good choices)
1 large tub of Cool Whip
    6 Heath candy bars

Crush Heath candy bars in a sturdy plastic bag. Cut Twinkies lengthwise and line bottom of glass pan with Twinkies, cream side up. Add a layer of pudding. Layer with remaining Twinkies, cream side down. Top with the Cool Whip. Sprinkle with the crushed candy bars. Serve immediately.

Jodi I made a twinkie cake (that had the layer of strawberries and the layer of bananas) many many times because it was good and cold and a crowd pleaser too.
This recipe sounds like it will be good too. Thanks for sharing! I LOVE Toffee anything!!!
Have you made time to listen to the birds today........

Do you use instant or cook-n-serve pudding?

I don't think it makes a difference in the recipe. I haven't made the recipe yet, but I personally prefer instant pudding and would use that.
