Dorito Casserole
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of sliced black olives
1 can of chunky rotel
1 small package of velveeta cheese
1 package of shredded cheese
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 bag of spicy cheese dorito's
1 tbsp of black pepper
1 tbsp of garlic

boil chicken until its white in the middle. after it cools off, just pull the chicken apart (shred it)
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
cut up your velveeta in small cubes
mix cream of chicken & mushroom, black olives, rotel, velveeta, pepper, garlic, and chicken.
put half in a greased casserole dish put half of your mix on the bottom of the dish. then crush up dorito's on top of that, along with a layer of shredded cheese. put the rest of the mix on top of that. along with some crushed dorito's, but no shredded cheese.
bake for 45 min. when you take it out of the oven, crush more dorito's on to, that way it will have a little crunch to it.
