1 lb. ground beef
5-6 weiners
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. MSG
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 slices American processed cheese
1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
Mustard
Chopped onions
Brown ground beef with onions and garlic. Add tomato sauce, MSG, salt, chili powder, pepper and 2 teaspoons mustard. Simmer 10 minutes. Press half of crescent rolls into bottom of greased medium size casserole. Cut hot dogs in bite-size pieces and spread evenly over bottom crust. Pour meat sauce over hot dogs. Top with slices of cheese, then layer with mustard (to taste) and chopped raw onions. Cover with other half of crescent rolls and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
