  • Confetti Spaghetti

    1 package (12 oz) spaghetti
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 med. green pepper, chopped
    1 med. onion, chopped
    1 can (14 1/2oz) diced tomatos, undrained
    1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
    1 Tab. brown sugar
    1 tea. salt
    1 tea. chili pwdr.
    1/2 pepper
    1/4 tea. garlic powder
    1/8 tea. cayenne pepper
    3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomatos, tomato sauce, brown sugar, salt chili powder, garlic powder and cayenne.
    Drain spaghetti add to the beef mixture. Transfer to a greased 13x9 baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 30 min. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 mn. longer or until the cheese is melted. Yield 12 servings

    Made this for supper tonight. It is very good. will definally make this again
    Served with a toss salad and the boursin cheese spread on french bread. yummmm
