I love this stuff! I sort of experimented and took bits and pieces from 3 or 4 different recipes to come up with this one.
Spinach Artichoke Dip
2 cans artichokes, chopped
2 pkgs frozen spinach
2 8 oz blocks cream cheese, room temperature
2/3 c mayonnaise
4 oz crumbled feta cheese (I use a little more than this)
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
½ c grated parmesan cheese
2 or 3 dashes worchestershire sauce
several drops tobasco sauce
sprinkle generously with garlic powder and white pepper
Thaw and drain spinach, and squeeze out as much liquid as possible with paper towels.
Mix cream cheese, mayo, feta, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Add
worchestershire, tobasco, garlic powder and white pepper to cheese mixture, and stir until well blended. Add artichokes. Add spinach last, a few pinches at a time, stirring often.
Bake at 350 until edges begin to turn golden. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
