Spicy Cayenne Chicken Wings
Marinade:
¼ c evoo
2 T fresh lemon juice
1 T minced garlic
1 ½ t kosher salt
2 t dried oregano
2 t paprika
1 t celery seed
1 t ground cayenne pepper
In a small bowl, whisk the marinade ingredients.
16 chicken wings, wing tips removed
Place chicken in a large ziplock bag and pour in the marinade. Marinate 2 – 3 hours in fridge. Remove chicken and grill over direct medium heat until the meat is no longer pink at the bone 16 – 18 minutes turning occasionally. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
