Tandoori Marinade (For the BBQ)
1 c plain yogurt
1 T grated fresh ginger
1 T paprika
1 T oil
2 T minced garlic
2 t kosher salt
1 ½ t ground cumin
1 t ground turmeric
½ t ground cayenne pepper
In a blender or food processor, process the ingredients til smooth. Makes about 1 ¼ cups.
