    This recipe came in my e-mail this morning in a weekly newsletter. Obviously, I haven't tried
    it yet but it sounds very nice and I thought I'd share the recipe with you. I'm copying it exactly as it was sent to me along with the sender's comments.
    Dreamsicle Salad

    1 3-oz pkg Orange Jello
    1 3-oz pkg Tapioca
    1 3-oz pkg Cook-and-serve Vanilla Pudding (NOT instant)
    1 8-oz container Cool Whip, thawed
    2 11-oz cans Mandarin Oranges, drained

    Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add first 3 ingredients, stirring
    constantly until it boils again, and boil for one minute. Remove from
    heat and cool. When cool enough, refrigerate for at least several hours
    (overnight is better) until firm.

    Put jello mixture in a bowl and stir to break up a little. Add Cool
    Whip, stir to mix completely, then stir in oranges. Refrigerate one (or
    more) hours to fully set.

    I've only ever used the full-fat full-calorie ingredients, but I'm sure
    it would work just as well with sugar-free jello and fat-free cool
    whip. Recipe doubles easily (and I'm sure would "triple" if you have a
    bowl big enough!)
