    Slider Stuffing (Source: Chicago Sun-Times)

    makes 8 servings

    10 White Castle hamburgers, pickles removed
    (can buy frozen)
    1 1/2 C celery, diced
    1 1/4 t ground thyme
    1 1/2 t ground sage
    3/4 r coursely ground black pepper
    1/4 C chicken broth
    *enough for 10# turkey

    In a large bowl, tear burgers into pieces and add celery, thyme, sage and pepper. Stir to combine.
    Add chicken broth and stir until moistened.
    Just before roasting, stuff cavity of turkey and roast according to turkey weight / package directions.
    *Can place stuffing in a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
