    Steak Round-Up:

    Serves 8

    2 lb.beef round steak
    salt & pepper to taste
    3/4 c.of your fave barbecue sauce
    1 tsp.prepared mustard
    4&1/2 oz.swiss cheese
    2-6 toothpicks

    Lay steak out flat & season with salt & pepper.Spread with mustard,then with barbecue sauce.Arrange cheese slices to cover meat,(then roll up like a jelly roll).

    Secure with toothpicks & place in a glass casserole dish.Cover & bake at 325 for 60-90 minutes,or til done & tender.
