Pasta & Bean Salad:

Serves 6-8
1/2 c.olive oil
3 Tbls.red wine vinegar
3/4 tsp.Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp.dry mustard
1/4 tsp.sugar
1/4 tsp.black pepper
1/8 tsp.cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic,crushed
1/4 c.Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb.corkscrew shaped pasta,cooked & drained
1(6oz.)jar quartered artichoke hearts,drained
1(10&1/2oz.)can chick peas,drained
1(10&1/2oz)can red kidney beans,drained
2 stalks celery,sliced
2 medium tomatoes,cut into wedges
In food processor or blender,combine first 9 ingredients,set aside,
In a large bowl,combine remaining ingredients.Pour reserved dressing over salad & toss gently.
Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
