Grapenut Custard:
Serves 8

1 c.Grapenuts cereal
1 qt.milk
1 c.sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp.vanilla
Combine ingredients & pour into a greased 2 qt.casserole dish.Set dish in another pan of hot water & bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour or til custard is set & knife inserted into center comes out clean.Stir twice during the first half hour of baking time.
