Layered Chicken:

1 whole chicken,cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1&1/2 c.cooked rice
2 (4oz.each)cans mushroom pieces or 1/2 lb.fresh,sliced
1 pint sour cream
1/2 pkg.dry onion soup mix,crushed
1 (5oz.)can chow mein noodles
Cut chicken meat from bones into large pieces.Place in bottom of greased 2 qt.baking dish.Pour over mushroom soup.Add a layer of rice,then a layer of mushrooms.Pour sour cream over all & sprinkle with onion soup mix.Cover with chow mein noodles & bake @ 350 degrees til hot & bubbly.
