Crust:
1 box vanilla wafers, crushed
1 cup caramel syrup
2 cups roasted and salted pecans, crushed
Mix well, place in pie dishes
Filling:
6 cups softened Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup roasted, salted pecans, chopped
1/2 cup caramel syrup
Mix well, pour into crusts. Place in freezer. After 15 minutes, top with pecans halves and caramel syrup. Freeze 4-6 hours.
