Spinach Pasta Salad
1 12oz. pkg. bowtie pasta
2 oz. crumbled feta cheese
1 10 oz. pkg. baby spinach leaves
1 15 oz. can black olives, drained & sliced
1 tomato, diced
1 cup Italian salad dressing
juice of 1 lemon
salt & pepper to taste
Prepare pasta, drain. Transfer to bowl & add feta cheese, baby spinach leaves, black olives & diced tomato. In a separate bowl, mix together salad dressing & lemon juice adding salt & pepper to taste for the vinaigrette. Pour over pasta & toss. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve chilled
