Luby's Stuffed Jalapenos
1 Can Whole Jalapeno's 26 oz (sliced in half by length and seeds removed)
1 - 8 oz Package Cream Cheese (softened)
2 Tbs. Chives (dehydrated)
1 Tbs. Minced Pimiento Peppers
1/4 C. Mayonnaise
Whip the cream cheese, add mayonnaise, chives, and pimientos. Blend
together until smooth and fluffy. Fill jalapenos and enjoy. Cover
and store jalapenos in refrigerator.
