Corn Casserole
1 can (16oz) cream corn
1 cup Bisquick
1 egg beaten
2 tablespoons salad oil
1/2 cup milk
1 can (4oz) chopped green chilies
1/2 pound grated monterey jack cheese
Blend together corn, bisquick, egg, oil and milk. Pour 1/2 the batter into a greased 9x10 inch casserole. Sprinkle about 1/2 the chiles and 1/2 the cheese on top. Repeat and bake 35 - 45 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.
