    Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad

    2 chicken breasts
    1 pound 3 colored curly pasta
    1 bag fresh broccoli & carrot mix
    Italian dressing-small bottle
    Sliced mushrooms
    Green olives
    Sliced black olives
    grated cheese (a cup or so, however much you wish)
    Parmesian cheese
    Tony's Cajun seasoning (opt)

    Marinate chicken in Italian dressing or what ever you prefer. Grill. Cut grilled chicken into pieces. Cook pasta, drain, rinse, and cool. Toss all of the ingredients together, except for dressing and cheese. Add Italian dressing and some cheese. Toss. Top with more cheese. Sprinkle Tony's and parmesean cheese on top when you dip out a bowl to eat. This will keep good for a day or two.
