A great recipe for homemade salsa
5 Cups Tomatoes (peeled and Blended)
1 Diced Onion
1 diced bell pepper
10 jalapeno peppers (remove seeds for milder)
1 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp Mexican Taco Seasoning
1 15oz can tomato sause
1 6oz can tomato paste
1 Tbsp Garlic
Cool on Low in crockpot (8 hrs) remove lid for last hour to thicken. May store in refrigerator up to a month.
