Beer N Brat Biscuits
2 fully cooked bratwurst, casings removed
4 cups Bisquick
2-3 tsp caraway seeds
1 (12 ounce) can beer (can use nonalcoholic)
Cut brats into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine the biscuit mix, caraway seeds and brat pieces. Stir in beer just until moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3's full.
Bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Serve warm.
*author notes the biscuits are also good served with mustard and a big bowl of rice and beans.

This does look good and I was thinking of using Champange Ham.

The ham would be excellent in this also.

This sounds like a good camping recipe. I want to try it with both brat and ham. Thanks.

Fatkat, last time I made smoked brats (Johnsonville), I made the pepper knot dough recipe (in T&T) and wrapped the brats inside the dough & baked. My family could not get enough of these and already requested I make them again soon. Also would be GREAT Oktoberfest munchies (mini ones)!
